As a professional, supervisory support is for the purpose of enhancing well-being, developing self-knowledge, improving resilience, and adding value to staff. I have always aimed to positively influence people’s lives, dedicating the past 16 years to working in education as a psychotherapist.
I am accredited as a psychotherapist-qualified supervisor and have training in EMDR, which is primarily recognised as a therapy for treating trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Furthermore, I am a member of a supervisory group alliance. My professional background encompasses a variety of roles such as supervisor, coordinator, and facilitator in both group and individual therapy settings.
