As a professional, supervisory support is for the purpose of enhancing well-being, developing self-knowledge, improving resilience, and adding value to staff. The purpose of counselling is to bring about a positive change in a person’s life, and to enable them to live a life that is more fulfilling and enjoyable.

I have spent the past 17 years working in education as a psychotherapist, with a consistent focus on positively influencing people’s lives. My work spans both educational and university settings, delivering training, supervision and therapeutic support.
I am an accredited psychotherapist-qualified supervisor, trained in coaching through the ICF, and have additional training in EMDR, a widely recognised therapy for trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
My professional experience includes roles as a supervisor, coordinator, and facilitator, working with both individuals and groups in therapeutic and training contexts. This diverse background allows me to provide guidance, support, and development opportunities tailored to the needs of professionals in education and related fields.
