Tracy Flux

Director

I have spent the past 17 years working in education as a psychotherapist, with a consistent focus on positively influencing people’s lives. My work spans both educational and university settings, delivering training, supervision and therapeutic support.

I am an accredited psychotherapist-qualified supervisor, trained in coaching through the ICF, and have additional training in EMDR, a widely recognised therapy for trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

My professional experience includes roles as a supervisor, coordinator, and facilitator, working with both individuals and groups in therapeutic and training contexts. This diverse background allows me to provide guidance, support, and development opportunities tailored to the needs of professionals in education and related fields.

Keren

Supervisor. Counsellor

My work is shaped by a long and varied career in 'Education and Counselling', having worked in a variety of educational settings for over 30 years and as a qualified counsellor for over 16 years. I've supported a wide range of clients therapeutically, taught counselling at a professional level and now practise as a clinical supervisor. This breadth of experience allows me to bring both depth and perspective to each relationship.

I offer a calm, supportive and reflective space where clients, practitioners and educators can feel heard and supported. Together we can work to develop insight, confidence and meaningful change, enabling growth and understanding to unfold at a pace that feels right for you."
