Have a laugh. Watch a comedy, hang out with a funny friend, or look at cute videos online. You will feel less anxious when you laugh.

Have a warm bath. Epsom salts soothe aches and pains and boost magnesium, which can be depleted by stress.
Time with animals lowers the stress hormone cortisol and boosts oxytocin, which boosts happiness. Spend time with a friend who has a pet or volunteer.
Stressed? Smile. Smiles can help lower your heart rate and calm you down, even if they aren’t the easiest thing to do.
